Founder & Chief Strategist for Cause Way, Angela's experience in both for-profit and non-profit sectors includes International Paper, Gillette, Fidelity Investments, Daymon Worldwide, Girl Scouts, and United Way. Prior to founding Cause Way, she served as Executive Vice President at the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation working on a 60-acre urban revitalization project. Originally from Jamaica, Angela has a BA in English from Harvard and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern. She is a published author and award-winning marketer, as well as a board member for a charter school serving immigrant and refugees students.
Marc serves the Cause Way team as Chief Client Development Advisor. He spent the last 15 years crafting P&L impactful strategies for the C-Suite of global clients, including a ten-year stint within the Omnicom Group of companies. Marc holds a BA in Communications from Western Connecticut State University. He is an active outdoorsman, committed to bridging the divide between socially responsible policy and corporate profitability.
Randuz is a veteran entrepreneur and CEO of Romay Media Group, a branding and filmmaking firm. He has advised clients in the education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors in the development of brand strategy, marketing and storytelling. Randuz was formerly Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer for Injinji, a high-performance sports apparel company. He attended the School of Visual Arts in New York before abandoning ship to pursue his love of filmmaking and the outdoors. Randuz is an award-winning director for the United Way campaign and PSA featured on our site.
For more than 12 years, Mike has provided consulting, coaching and mission critical support to companie, nonprofits and government entities. In mapping the key elements to leaders' effectiveness, he applied the simple concept of a compass. “The Identity Compass,” is based on four core values a leader must balance to amplify their influence and clarity. Mike’s compelling approach has earned him invitations to meet with organizations such as Fiat-Chrysler, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Shinola, The Detroit Lions, United Way Worldwide, The San Diego Padres, US Olympic Committee, US State Dept. and Home Depot. Mike has also used his expertise to help leaders in fragile and conflict-affected regions of the world including Costa Rica, Nigeria, and Afghanistan.
