Founder & Chief Strategist for Cause Way, Angela's experience in both for-profit and non-profit sectors includes International Paper, Gillette, Fidelity Investments, Daymon Worldwide, Girl Scouts, and United Way. Prior to founding Cause Way, she served as Executive Vice President at the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation working on a 60-acre urban revitalization project. Originally from Jamaica, Angela has a BA in English from Harvard and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. She is an author and award-winning marketer, as well as a board member for a charter school serving immigrant and refugees students.
Marc serves the Cause Way team as Chief Client Development Advisor. He spent the last 15 years crafting P&L impactful strategies for the C-Suite of global brands in diverse industries, including a ten-year stint within the Omnicom Group of companies. Marc earned his BA in Communications from Western Connecticut State University. He is an active outdoorsman, committed to bridging the divide between socially responsible policy and corporate profitability.
Randuz is a veteran entrepreneur and CEO of Romay Media Group, a branding and filmmaking firm. He has advised clients in the education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors in the development of brand strategy, marketing and storytelling. Randuz was formerly Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer for Injinji, a high-performance sports apparel company. He attended the School of Visual Arts in New York before abandoning ship to pursue his love of filmmaking and the outdoors. Randuz is an award-winning director for the United Way campaign and PSA featured on our site.
Mike has provided consulting, coaching and mission critical support to companies, nonprofits and government entities. He has mapped leadership effectiveness into the concept of an "Identity Compass” based on core values one must balance to amplify influence and clarity. Mike's approach has earned him access to Fiat-Chrysler, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Shinola, the Detroit Lions, United Way, the US Olympic Committee, US State Dept. and Home Depot. Mike has also coached leaders in fragile or conflict-affected areas such as Costa Rica, Nigeria, and Afghanistan.
Charlie serves as Cause Way's sustainability specialist. With experience working with nonprofits, government, and corporations, she brings a critical cross-sector lens to projects at the intersection of business, environment and community. Charlie has a BS in Environmental Studies and Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley. She has an MS from Oxford, where she researched the impact of perfluorinated chemistry in the apparel industry from a corporate accountability lens.
Randy has decades of expertise in global brand strategy, customer segmentation, consumer behavior, and product innovation working at companies such as UPS, Coca-Cola, Hasbro, Bristol-Myers-Squibb, and United Way. He has led complex projects for Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and nonprofits and worked in sectors such as consumer packaged goods, retail, professional services, media and entertainment. He has a BBA in Finance from Emory University and an MBA from Clark Atlanta University.
